Catholic bishops don't want contraceptives to be made available (via health care) by any business that is owned by Catholics cause it is against their religious edicts....
Which in reverse means.
- I want to know where I can report a Catholic who visits a pharmacy and buys contraceptives off a rack (literally)
- I am allowed to chastise any Catholic I see that is not following the Catholic principles
- I am permitted to discriminate by choice to NOT hire any Catholic if I own a business that provides contraceptives via their health care
- If I find a Catholic priest indulging in (you know what), I am allowed to send him to Saudi Arabia for a "snip" of whatever appendage is easily available
- O, one last thing. I will be forced to let Muslims (and certain people from UTAH) who are married multiple times (it is their religious principle) avail of my health care program...... and as a business person, I have to provide healthcare for all his 4 wives and 48 children.
That is why there is a clear separation of Church and State. While if there is a 'direct' impact by the Government's actions to your religion and your ability to "profess" your faith, you have something to gripe about, but this, seriously, really?
